Our annual NEDA Conference will be held on Tuesday, October 16th and 17th, 2018 and our hosts will be Camp Spofford in Spofford, New Hampshire. NEDA pastors, staff and church leaders are invited and encouraged to attend for times of teaching, worship, prayer and fellowship.
Our guest speakers will be Dr. Doug Sweeney, who has been on the faculty at TEDS since 1997, currently the Chair of the Church History & History of Christian Thought Department, Distinguished Professor of Church History and the History of Christian Thought, and Director, Jonathan Edwards Center.
He will be joined by Dr. Scott Hancock, who is Associate Professor of History and Africana Studies at Gettysburg College, Gettysburg, PA, (2001 to present); He and is wife, Patty, are active members of West Shore EFC in Mechanicsburg, PA.

How to Register
All registrations will be handled via the Camp Spofford website. Please go there to register for the conference and choose your accommodations.
Cost is per person. All prices include room for 1 night, 4 wonderful meals, conference registration and materials.
$165 Single room accommodation (1 person, 1 bed)
$139 Double room accommodation (2 people, 1 or 2 beds)
$125 Triple room accommodation (3 people, 3 beds)
Commuter Rate: If you live within commuting distance or choose to stay at a nearby hotel, the cost is $70pp (4 meals, conference registration, conference materials). We will not be offering a one-day rate or per-meal rate.
*Wives of NEDA pastors who will be attending: Any wives who plan to attend with their husbands should contact the NEDA office to receive a special code before registering. We hope you can attend and will be happy to give you a discount of $40.
*Current NEDA church planters: Contact the NEDA office PRIOR to registering to receive a code for your complimentary registration.

Check-in will begin at 9am on Tuesday, October 17th, followed by our opening worship service and speaker at 10am. A full schedule will be published in September.
Special Information for Vendors/EFCA Partner Ministries who wish to have display space at the conference:
We will have limited vendor & ministry display tables available. Due to these limitations, EFCA missionaries and representatives from the same ministry branch will most likely be asked to share table space.
We do not charge an additional fee for the display space, but we hope that you will be able to contribute to our Conference Bags with promotional items or gifts, which our attendees always enjoy and appreciate. You will need to register separately for the conference, meals and accommodations.
VENDORS/PARTNER MINISTRIES ONLY - REQUEST FOR DISPLAY SPACE
Once your request is received, we will confirm as to whether or not space is available for you. Once you are confirmed, please go to the Camp Spofford website to register and pay. Additional information and vendor guidelines will be sent to you in September.
