NEDA Ministry to Women
Across New England, women are faithfully serving—teaching, mentoring, and leading in their churches and communities. The NEDA Ministry to Women exists to equip and encourage women in ministry leadership so that, together, we may see a Gospel presence in every community.
Our Mission
To create opportunities for:
Mutual encouragement and prayer
Equipping one another as disciple-makers
Providing resources and connections for women serving in NEDA churches
Why This Ministry Exists
One of NEDA’s key strategies is leader development—equipping and encouraging ministry leaders to be effective disciple-makers. While most leadership environments have historically served men, we know that both men and women are essential to fulfilling the Great Commission.
As a complementarian family of churches, NEDA desires to intentionally support women who serve in ministry leadership—many of whom are volunteers with limited access to training, mentoring, or community.
The NEDA Ministry to Women was created to meet this need—rooted in Scripture and built on prayer, with the goal of strengthening women so that, together, we may “build up the body of Christ in love” (Ephesians 4:16).
